ECC Series – Genset Voltage Frequency / Isochronous Speed Control / Full PID Setting / Designed to Govern from Frequency Signal of an AC Generator / No Magnetic Speed Pickup Needed
The ECC speed control unit is an electronic device designed to control engine speed with precise response to transient engine loads changes. The closed loop speed control, when connected to a proportional actuator and supplied with a speed signal/ frequency from the main AC generator, will control a wide variety of engines in an isochronous mode. The speed signal input must be in the frequency range of 40 to 80 Hz.

The 110 Series Integral Actuator is designed to mount directly to DEUTZ 1011 series 2, 3 and 4 cylinder engines in place of the electric stop solenoid and available in 12 and 24 VDC. GAC’s unique linear electromechanical technology provides proportional actuator movement, based on actuator coil current. This unique, optimum fuel control, actuating device will outperform externally mounted types of electric actuators. An integral’ high performance speed control system results when the 110 Series electric actuator in installed on the engine and electrically connected to complementing governor system components. no external linkages or brackets are required and no extra DEUTZ parts are needed.
ACD175A-24 Actuator • 24 V DC • Packard Connector without Mating Connector • Double Rack Bearing • BYC ASIMCO KT283 Included
The 295 Series Electric Actuator is a second generation design more powerful than its predecessor. It is for Bosch-Style “P” 9 and 10 pumps fuel injected Pumps. Coupling the 295 Series with a fuel pump results in a high performance fuel control system without external linkages or brackets. Two isolated chambers eliminates the possibility of any magnetic particles collecting and jamming the actuator. As a result, the 295 Series typically outlasts the life of a diesel engine and is maintenance-free. Camshaft bearing retainer kits, position feedback transducer and heavy duty bearing retention options are available.
The ATB Series integral throttle body electric actuators are designed to control the air or air/fuel mixture to a gaseous-fueled engine. The design baseline for the ATB Series incorporates fast response and proven reliability to allow for efficient and precise control. The ATB Series actuator directly drives the throttle plate with internal return springs, insuring that the throttle plate returns to the minimum fuel position when the actuator becomes de-energized.
