SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

If we have the part in stock, it ships the same day.  If we don’t have the part in stock, it usually takes a week for you to receive the part.

Will I be charged tax?

If your ordering from inside the state of Florida, a 7% tax will be assess. Except if you have a resale tax certificate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We ship our products anywhere in the world!! Please make sure to provide you complete address and shipping instruction. If you have a UPS, DHL or other accounts we can use them for your shipment.

RETURNS

What is your refund or returns policy?

If the item is still in the box and has not been opened, you will receive a full refund. We can exchange parts as long as they are new. Some special orders have a 20% restocking fee.

PAYMENT

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards such as Visa, Master Card.
We also accept checks, money orders, wire transfers. We will send a payment authorization form.

WARRANTY

Most of our products have a one year manufacturer warranty. If the part is malfunctioning or damaged on shipping, we will send a new replacement part at no cost to you. All other issues will be determined by the manufacturer, ie DSE or GAC etc.. .
