EEG6500 | Digital Speed Control

The GAC EEG6500 helps save energy costs by regulating engine speed according to load requirements, making GAC components the best way of governing a generator where strict control of engine speed is desired irrespective of engine load. It operates on multi-V DC, features a built-in LCD display and terminal strip, and is suitable for both gaseous and diesel engines, working with all GAC actuators except the 2001. It offers an improved, simplified LCD user interface with fast setup via 5 push buttons (no potentiometers), a lockable display to prevent unauthorized access, selectable isochronous or droop governing, built-in fault readout, adjustable starting fuel strategy for black smoke reduction, speed ramping, and a standard GAC AUX input for synchronizing and load sharing, plus SAE J1939 engine data. It shares an identical mounting hole pattern with the ESD5500E, enabling direct replacements.
