The GAC SSW Series (SSW674, SSW675, and SSW676) are one, two, and three-element electronic speed switches, powered by a DC battery supply and receiving engine speed information from a magnetic pickup sensor. They operate on 12 or 24 V DC (multi-voltage) and provide overspeed protection, with the SSW675 adding crank disconnect functionality through its second element. They feature 5 amp contacts, a tachometer output for continuous engine speed monitoring, a built-in overspeed test function, reverse polarity protection, and a response time under 50 msec. Their excellent repeatability and set point accuracy make them a reliable companion to GAC speed control systems, protecting the engine against overspeed conditions.
