GCU-100 | Generator Control Unit

The GCU-100 is a microprocessor-based Generator Automatic Control and Protection Module designed for automatic control and protection of generator sets. Its modularized design enables easy installation in a wide range of generator applications.

The GCU-100 accepts a DC power input of 9–35V DC (12V/24V compatible), with a maximum power dissipation of 5 watts. AC sensing input covers 15–510V AC at 50/60 Hz. MPU (Magnetic Pickup Unit) signal input accepts ±2 to ±70V AC at 100 Hz minimum to 10 kHz maximum. CT specification requires a burden above 2.5 VA with a 5A secondary ratio.

All settings are recorded in internal EEPROM memory and protected from erasure even without battery power. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C. Maximum relative humidity is 90%.
