The GCU-10 is a Simple Engine Controller designed for generator set applications. Its modular design enables easy installation, and it features LED status indicators with graphic display for clear visual feedback of operating conditions.
The GCU-10 accepts a DC supply of 9–36V DC, with a power consumption of 2 watts (under 3 VA on Auto). Alternator input range is 5–300V AC at 50/60 Hz. Idle control conductor capacity is 5A at 12/24V DC.
Adjustable timer functions include: Engine Pre-Heater (2–300 seconds), Engine Idle/Governor control (0–300 seconds), and Energize to Stop (1–30 seconds), allowing the unit to be configured for a wide range of generator set applications. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C. Maximum relative humidity is 90%.
